DESCRIPTION
This proposed project will give management sufficient information to decide if fish passage to Penny Creek for migrating resident and anadromous fishes should be implemented.

Update: The feasibility study has been completed and a technical team, Quilcene National Fish Hatchery evaluation team (HET) has made a recommendation not to pursue fish passage up Penny Creek at this time. The Hatchery Review Team (HRT) is currently looking at Quilcene National Fish Hatchery's fish program and operations (June 2008) and will make a recommendation concerning fish passage at Penny Creek.
