DESCRIPTION
Donovan Creek flows through this property currently owned by the Jamestown S'Klallam Development Co. Approximately 30 acres of wetland and wildlife habitat are protected by the conservation easement. Residential use is limited to the west side of McInnes Road, which bisects the property.

The easement allows the owners the right to drill wells and cut trees to preserve views of Quilcene Bay. Trees were cut in 1993 and replanting has been completed. The wetland area was previously used for cattle grazing.
