DESCRIPTION
This project would complete final design for all proposed phases, and construction of culvert replacement, failing fish ladder removal, LWD placement upstream and downstream of the culvert, and LWD in the reach below Hite Center Rd. The primary objectives of this project are to improve fish passage in the lower watershed and address channel incision and sediment erosion in the upper watershed.
