DESCRIPTION
Phase 1 proposed here is for survey and engineered designs to resote salmon access to Penny Creek by removal of the obstruction at the mouth of Penny Creek at the Quilcene National Fish Hatchery and replacement of an upstream county road culvert. The project will also include a habitat and fish passage barrier survey of Penny Creek.
