DESCRIPTION
The Hood Canal Salmon Enhancement Group used this grant to replace an undersized culvert (60 inch diam. with a 1.2 ft perch) that prevented salmon from reaching spawning habitat. A new concrete box culvert was installed opening up 4.79 stream miles and 1,677 watershed acres for salmonid habitat.
