DESCRIPTION
The Hood Canal Salmon Enhancement Group used this grant to replace an undersized culvert that partially blocked fish passage through Dalby Creek. A new 12ft x 24ft prefabricated bottomless arched culvert was installed, opening up 3000 feet of productive upstream fish habitat. In addition, large woody debris was placed throughout the stream to improve in-stream structure and increase pool riffle ratios.
