DESCRIPTION
The Hood Canal Salmon Enhancement Group used this grant to replace concrete culverts (perched 2-4ft) that blocked fish passage through Hall Creek. One culvert was replaced with a 60' x 54' culvert, and another was replaced by a 60' x 8' x 5'3' Fishway. The upstream culvert was removed and replaced with a log bridge. This project opened up 226 acres of mostly undeveloped, forested watershed, that includes 1.25 miles of spawning stream.
