DESCRIPTION
The Hood Canal Salmon Enhancement Group used this grant to replace an undersized, damaged culvert on Erdman Creek. An 81ft L x 14ft H x 6.5ft W multi-plate arch culvert was installed, with 2ft of spawning gravel and log weirs to maintain gradient. This project opened up 403 acres of mostly undeveloped, forested watershed including 30 acres of wetlands and lakes, and 1.30 miles of spawning stream.
