DESCRIPTION
The Hood Canal Salmon Enhancement Group used this grant to replace an undersized culvert that inhibited salmon migration through Oak Lake Creek. A 14ft x 9ft culvert and 3 log weirs were installed to allow fish passage. This project opened up 0.5 stream miles, 1,000 acres of watershed, and 2 acres of wetlands for fish habitat
