DESCRIPTION
White Creek culvert was inadequately sized for fish passage and washed out the roadway annually. The Salmon Enhancement Group replaced the old metal culvert with a larger concrete culvert that could manage the velocity capacity of White Creek and allow for fish migration. This project opened up 3,000 meters of stream and 3 acres of rearing habitat for fish in the upland area.
