DESCRIPTION
The Hood Canal Coordinating Council (HCCC) utilizes a variety of education and outreach tools to promote awareness of local water quality issues and to encourage individual stewardship. A primary goal is to coordinate with all education programs and help encourage partnering for more effective and efficient education, communication and outreach. The primary message it hopes to convey is that the protection of habitat and water quality are complex environmental and community issues that need citizen involvement in finding solutions.
