DESCRIPTION

The Mason Conservation District removed a barrier to fish passage on a tributary to Little Skookum Inlet on Puget Sound in Mason County and replaced it with a bridge that allows for unimpeded passage through this crossing. Correction of this barrier improved access to 1.33 miles of habitat for chum, coho and searun cutthroat trout.
