Create a demonstration pilot program to designate the Port of Shelton Marina as the first Salmon Safe Marina by implementing Best Management Practices that will protect Oakland Bay and restore critical salmon habitat.

These BMPs included a portable pump station, floating toilet, dustless sander, a filtering bio-berm, and a rain garden.

All of these BMPs were funded by NFWF Community Salmon Fund but some planting was paid by the Oakland Bay Riparian Assessment Project.
