This project completed data collection and compilation of existing data; field data collection of habitat and channel features; hydrologic and hydraulic analysis via 2D hydraulic modeling; geomorphic analysis to document the processes and disturbances that influence the channel and floodplain conditions; three conceptual alternatives were developed and preferred alternative was selected with stakeholders (WA DNR, WDFW, Hoh Tribe, NGOS, local landowners, etc.); and finally preliminary design drawings and a preliminary design report was completed. Throughout these project steps, we/the sponsor conducted outreach and TU's project manager was in regular communications with partners, organized stakeholder meetings, and stewarded the project through completion.
