DESCRIPTION
This barrier culvert is on a tributary to Dismal Creek in the Hoh River watershed. This 33% passable culvert frequently plugs and overflows the road. There is about a 10 acre wetland/beaver pond upstream and 0.43 miles of potential habitat gain for coho and searrun cutthroat trout. Mike Hagen to sponsor, will provide estimate. Willing to remove culvert and abandon road.
