DESCRIPTION
This 67% passable culvert is on a tributary to Bear Creek. BPA has easement on road. Culvert was installed with a permit. Adult salmon observed upstream of culvert. Channel under powerlines is choked with reed canary grass. Chinook, coho, steelhead and resident cutthroat present 0.24 miles downstream in Bear Creek. WRIA: 20 River System: Soleduck R; Quillayute R. US Barriers: No known, one mapped crossing. DS Barriers: No known, two mapped crossings.
